What we collect
When you enquire about a car, request a valuation or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, contact information and the content of your message. We do not buy data about you, and we do not use tracking advertising.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange the viewings or valuations you have asked about, and nothing else. If you join the new-arrivals list, we email you about stock and you can leave with one click.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data, and we never share it for marketing. Trusted service providers, such as our email delivery service, process enquiry messages solely on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, and transaction records for six years as required by law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the Contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
